Agreement: I understand and acknowledge that I am under no obligation to follow any recommendations made by the Platinum Skin Care or Peel University.

I understand the seller does not treat illness and any information received is intended to help me make an informed decision. I assume the risk of any adverse affects or consequences resulting from the use or misuse of any of the suggestions, preparations, or procedures. I hereby release, hold harmless, and discharge the seller, and all of its officers, employees, agents and suppliers from all claims of damages, demands, or actions whatsoever in any manner arising from or growing out of my participation.

Typographical Errors

In the event that a Platinum Skin Care Inc. product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Platinum Skin Care Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Platinum Skin Care Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Platinum Skin Care Inc. shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Term; Termination

These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Platinum Skin Care Inc. without notice at any time, for any reason. Impersonation of others, including a Platinum Skin Care Inc. or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited.
